Do you have an online store?
Yes, please visit the “be an online collector tab”. I am confident that all information in the store is correct but please understand that as I am not a large corporation, I do reserve the right to cancel and order if the information attached to the painting is incorrect. You will receive a 100% refund if this is the case.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. In person I accept Visa, Mastercard, Cheque and cash. Online transactions are processed via paypal (you can also use your paypal account) and stripe via the secure PCI compliant Mijireh checkout. I do not have access to and do not store credit card details captured in my online store.
Can I pay by installment?
Absolutely.
The details of the agreement are crafted to the individuals needs but the standard agreement to purchase a painting on installment is for an initial 25% deposit, with the balance covered with post dated cheques/interac e-transfer for the agreed installments. The painting is yours to take home immediately.
A closing receipt is issued once the final payment has cleared. There is no interest payable and no penalties charged for this option. Please feel free to talk to me about this option by calling + 1 778 708 1531 or via email: [email protected]
How much is sales tax?
Paintings shipped within Canada are charged according to each provinces sales tax rates. Paintings shipped internationally are exempt from sales tax but may be subject to import duties and taxes upon entry to the destination country. The buyer is liable for import duties and taxes.
Can I take the painting home to view?
Of course. I usually charge a 25% refundable damage deposit and am happy for you to have the painting for up to 2 weeks. Please contact me at + 1 778 708 1531 or email me: [email protected]
Can I return a painting?
Online purchases are covered by a 14 day money back guarantee. Face to face purchases are covered by an exchange policy. Please notify me within 14 days of taking possession of a painting that you wish to return it and I shall arrange the details with you. You are responsible for the cost of packaging, return shipping and appropriate insurance of the painting.
